Project overview: Townscape and Heritage Assessment of an additional storey, facade remodelling and a rear extension, creation of external amenity spaces, replacement plant and associated works. The assessment included a review of the value of the existing building on the application site, which was itself a remodelling of the façade of an older warehouse building in a jaunty and idiosyncratic way by CZWG, a practice of which several Post-Modern buildings have been listed in recent years.
