Project overview: Heritage Statement and advice in support of an application for a proposed replacement modern rear outbuilding to the grade II listed house. The application followed a previous refusal (in which Cogent was not involved).
The church is located in the Central Fulham Conservation Area, which was also a key heritage asset at the inquiry.
Other heritage assets considered included a total of 57 listed buildings, 14 conservation areas and one registered park and garden (the Brompton Cemetery) within a 1km radius search area around the application site.

The application required negotiation with Officers to resolve perceived issues, avoid impacts and justify the interventions.
